For the successful Call Handler our client is offering:

• Salary £11.44 p/hour
• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 1700
• Temporary
• Immediate Start, Weekly Pay

The role - Call Handler: 

• Responsible for making warm outbound calls to customers to book appointments for the branches situated in the UK
• Follow up enquiries and leads as well as assisting customers enquiring directly about services in their area
• Ensure excellent customer service during each call and escalate calls to the right department where necessary 

What our client is looking for in a Call Handler: 

• Previous experience call handling: making and receiving calls - ESSENTIAL
• Good Communication Skills
• Available Immediately - ESSENTIAL
