Press Brake Setter Operator

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Press Brake Setter Operator to work in their leading facility in Deeside.

For the successful Press Brake Setter Operator our client is offering:

• Up to £33,000 per annum basic salary (Based on experience)
• Day shifts 7:45am-4:30pm Mon-Thu and 7:30am-12:30pm on Friday 
• Permanent position

The role – Press Brake Setter Operator :

• Working  in a fast-paced environment
• Working with thin gauge materials typically between 0.7mm and 1.5mm mild steel & aluminium.
• Setting and Operate Press Brake Machines
• Working from Engineering drawings
• Setting and operating Amada CNC punch or press brake machines
• Using measuring equipment Press
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

What our client is looking for in a Press Brake Setter Operator :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience of CNC Punch Programming  - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum of 3 years' experience of press brake setting and operating - ESSENTIAL 
• Experience using Radan software - DESIRABLE 
• Capable of following processes and producing work that conforms to quality and safety standards
• Selecting correct tooling for each job
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
