Service Engineer

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Service Engineer to work in their workshop on the Deeside Industrial Park.

For the successful Service Engineer, our client is offering:

• £35,000 per annum 
• Day’s role 8:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
• Permanent role
• Company pension, annual pay review, company van for travel 
• All tools and equipment provided
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Training scheme

The role - Service Engineer:

• To attend sites within the UK, Ireland and overseas
• Maintenance/refurbishment of food processing machinery
• Fault-finding
• Work on Electrical Control Panels
• Deal with customers on repair and safety issues
• Work on own initiative to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Accurately complete documentation
• Liaise with suppliers on technical issues

What our client is looking for in a Service Engineer:

• Apprentice trained and formally qualified ESSENTIAL
• Fully conversant with electrical/mechanical engineering procedures and disciplines ESSENTIAL
• Experience of 3-Phase Electric Motors ESSENTIAL
• Build and fault-find Electrical Panels ESSENTIAL
• Understand Electrical Drawings ESSENTIAL
• Full clean UK Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of pneumatics BENIFICIAL
• FLT Licence BENIFICIAL
