Electrical Estimator

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in their search for an Electrical Estimator to work nationwide across their customer sites.

For the successful Electrical Estimator our client is offering:

• £40,000 - £50,000 p/annum
• 0800 - 1730 Monday to Friday  
• Permanent Role
• Benefits: 25 plus bank holidays, Statutory pension contributions 3 and 5%, 

The role - Electrical Estimator: 

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Conduct thorough research on materials, labour costs, and equipment needed for each project
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
• Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and professional manner
  
  

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Estimator:

• Proven experience as an Estimator - ESSENTIAL
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications – ESSENTIAL
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in estimating costs
