 For the successful Production Operative, our client is offering

1. Salary £23,063 P/A
2. Starting Pay £12.32 P/H
3. Shift pattern 12 hours shifts (including days and nights)  
4. 36 hours per week 
5. All Overtime is paid at DOUBLE/TIME £24.64 P/H
6. Permanent position

 The role: Production Operative:

1. Provide full support and assistance to the skilled machinists 
2. Manual Handling weights of approximately 20kg 
3. Production duties  

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

1. Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is preferred
2. FLT / Counterbalance license would be advantageous, but not essential 
3. This position would suit someone who is looking for a long-term career
