Recruit4staff are proud to represent their client, an established training business in their search for a Business Development Manager  to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea. 

For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering:

  • Salary up to £60,000 p/annum with added OTE 30-40K
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 1700
  • Permanent

The role - Business Development Manager: 

  • Responsible for corporate and strategic sales into large enterprise across Finland
  • Plan and execute training strategies for corporate business 
  • Attend presentations, seminars and meetings at c-suite level
  • Ensure an executive post-sales account management service
  • Liaise with procurement and senior management for ongoing business and training schedules across the business
  • Travel to Helsinki / Finland region for servicing clients (approximately once a month) 

What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager: 

  • 5 years business development experience at executive / c-suite level - ESSENTIAL 
  • Degree level qualified or Equivalent
  • Flexibility to travel, at least once a month 
  • Experience managing tender / procurement processes 
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
