The role – Validation Specialist :

Establish and maintain the qualified/validated status of facilities, utilities, equipment, and processes in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Generation, peer review, and approval of technical documentation
Investigation and resolution of non-conformances encountered during requalification, revalidation, and periodic review activities
Identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure a lean way of working
Provision of data to support department KPIs

What our client is looking for in a Validation Specialist :

Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline - ESSENTIAL
Manufacturing industry experience - ESSENTIAL
2+ years experience in a qualification/validation role within a pharmaceutical company - BENEFICIAL
Good understanding of the qualification/validation lifecycles
Competent in the generation and review of technical documentation.
