Punch Press Operator

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Punch Press Operator based in Telford

We are looking for someone who has experience on both the Punch Press, and experience with operating a TRUMPF Press Brake

For the successful Punch Press Operator our client is offering:

1. Starting pay rate of between 10.00 - 10.50 per hour (D.O.E)
2. Days Monday to Thursday, early finish Friday
3. Temporary-Permanent contract
4. Overtime available
5. Free parking

 The role Punch Press Operator

1. Using a TRUMPF machine
2. Loading programs and raw materials
3. Setting the machine to process various thickness of materials
4. Daily use of a turret machine
5. Reading engineering drawings
6. Quality inspect your own product
7. Conducting regular visual quality checks or taking measurements

What our client is looking for in a Punch Press Operator;

1. Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
2. Experience with using a TRUMPF Press Brake - ESSENTIAL
