Production Operatives

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for Production Operatives to work in Wrexham

Due to continued company growth we have multiple positions available with immediate interviews available!

The Production Operative jobs have a variety of shifts available including;
i. 6-2, 2-10 and 10-6 shifts
ii. 4 on 4 off day and night shifts
iii. 12 hour days and nights (as part of a shift system)
iv. Day shifts

For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering;
i. Temporary to permanent positions available
ii. Variety of shifts available
iii. Pay rates between £9.50 - £12.00 per hour, depending on the working hours
iv. Free parking

The Role of the Production Operatives
i. Operating machines to standard running conditions
ii. Ensure cleaning of the machine to standards
iii. Ensure safe working practices
iv. Basic machine maintenance
v. Maintain records on an hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis
vi. Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line
vii. Following health & safety guidelines within the production area
viii. Manual handling

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative;
i. Previous experience in a similar role – ESSENTIAL
ii. Able to carry out manual handling tasks – ESSENTIAL
iii. Must be able to read and write English
iv. Must be able to understand health & safety guidelines within the workplace
