Our Business
Recruit4staff Group consists of Recruit4staff Wrexham Limited, Recruit4staff NW Limited and Recruitment Agency Support Limited. We provide services as both Recruitment Business and Recruitment Agency to a diverse range of industries.
Who we work with
We have a close working relationship with all the employers we partner with and the job seekers we place, as they are personally recognized and acknowledged by our team. Our staff identifies each of the temporary workers we provide. It's worth noting that a portion of these job seekers operate through their own limited companies.
Our clientele of hiring companies is spread across the UK, with a strong presence in the West Midlands and the North West regions. Similarly, the work-seekers we assist typically reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of our local branches.

Policy development and review
Recruit4staff policies are established by our directors, and Stakeholders based on advice from Peninsula Business Support, industry best practice and legal advice, and in consultation with our clients, candidates & Third Party Suppliers. All Policies are reviewed annually.

We execute thorough audits before formalizing any commercial partnerships with businesses that exhibit potential risk. These audited entities constitute the foundation of our preferred supplier list.
We regularly reassess the risk potential, considering the need for re-auditing suppliers or performing spot checks as necessary.
Following careful examination, we have not identified any significant instances of modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking within our supply chain. Nonetheless, we maintain vigilance concerning potential issues.
