We were absolutely thrilled to host a tailored awareness session on behalf of our client, Brother Industries, designed to give candidates a real insight into the business and the roles available at their Ruabon site.

The session kicked off with a presentation from Adam, who introduced attendees to Brother Industries, its company background, and the available roles. This was followed by mini-interviews to get to know the candidates better – and then it was time to put their practical skills to the test with a bespoke dexterity LEGO challenge, brilliantly delivered by Tom and Matt.

Applicants who successfully passed the awareness session were then invited to the Brother Industries site for a full site tour and presentation, hosted by Andy, Director at Brother – giving them a first-hand look at the workplace and its culture.

We’re delighted to share that this session led to three young people being offered permanent positions at the Ruabon site – a fantastic outcome and a great reflection of what collaborative efforts can achieve.
