The magic of Christmas came alive at Caia Park Partnership’s Winter Wonderland, and our very own Adam from Recruit4staff was right at the heart of the festivities – dressed from head to toe as a very jolly elf! His infectious energy and commitment to the community added an extra sprinkle of joy to an already magical day.

Set against the festive backdrop of a Christmas truck grotto, the event created a wonderland for children and families to enjoy – the volunteer's enthusiasm brought smiles, laughter, and plenty of photo opportunities. Whether sharing a joke, helping hand out gifts, or simply spreading festive cheer, everyone made the experience truly unforgettable.

Organised by the fantastic team at Caia Park Partnership, and supported by donations from local businesses and the wider community, the event made a real impact:

• Over 200 children received a bag of presents for Christmas morning
• Over 150 children were gifted selection boxes from Santa and his helpers
• Over 250 people attended, enjoyed hot food, and experienced a completely free Christmas celebration with their families

We’re incredibly proud of Adam for going the extra mile to support such an inspiring initiative. His dedication to giving back perfectly reflects what Recruit4staff is all about – community, compassion, and creating meaningful connections.
