Collaborating With Premier Decorations & Gatewen Training Services

At Recruit4staff, we’re always exploring meaningful ways to connect people with real opportunities. Our recent collaboration with longstanding client Premier Decorations, alongside the fantastic team at Gatewen Training Services, was a brilliant example of that in action.

Together, we hosted a candidate awareness session designed to give attendees a first-hand understanding of what agency work involves, what it’s like to work in a warehouse setting, and how they can gain fully funded qualifications while on the job with Gatewen’s support.

The Session Included...

  • A warm welcome and introduction to Recruit4staff from Jonathan, David & Adam, outlining who we are and what we do as a recruitment agency.
  • A guided tour of the Premier Decorations warehouse, offering candidates an authentic look at the working environment and day-to-day expectations.
  • The chance to meet and chat with Paul, Simon & Gavin from Premier’s senior management team.
  • An insightful presentation by Julian from Gatewen Training, sharing the range of training opportunities available to boost skills and employability – all fully funded.

What made this event so impactful was its accessibility. It opened doors for individuals who may not typically pursue traditional application routes - whether due to confidence barriers, limited experience, or simply not knowing where to start.

By providing direct insight, support, and training opportunities, this initiative helped candidates rebuild their confidence and skillsets, while also enabling employers like Premier Decorations to address vital skills gaps with motivated, newly equipped team members.

We’re genuinely proud to have played a part in such a collaborative and forward-thinking event, and we’re excited to keep building these kinds of pathways - making employment more accessible, inclusive, and rewarding for everyone involved.
