For the successful Development Chef our client is offering;

  1. £25,000 to £30,000 pa DOE 
  2. 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
  3. Permanent Position

The Role of the Development Chef;

  1. Inspiring, designing, developing and evolving recipes and product ideas tapping into the latest food trends and culinary techniques. 
  2. Working to customer briefs, meeting food values and cost and yield parameters
  3. Support the Technical Manager with the internal audit schedule
  4. .Work closely with the Production team to translate ideas into factory friendly, commercially viable products.
  5. Ensuring all testing relating to the Quality Management System is carried out as per the schedule.

What our client is looking for in a Development Chef;

  1. Degree qualified in Food Science or equivalent work-based experience in Restaurants - ESSENTIAL 
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Minimum of Level 2 HACCP and Food Safety (Level 3 desirable) - ESSENTIAL

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a market-leading, luxurious, country hotel in their search for an experienced Bar Manager to work in Chester

For the successful Bar Manager our client is offering:
I. Permanent role: 40 hours per week 
II. Starting salary of up to £30,000 per annum

The Role - Bar Manager:
I. To be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the agreed standards of service for Morgan’s Bar and Goldie’s Lounge.
II. Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high-performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the guests receive services of the highest quality, consistently throughout the department
III. To set the standard of operation and service delivery that leads to a consistent first-class experience for all members and visitors
IV. Communicating with the sales and operational teams regarding the needs and requirements for all food and beverages.
V.  Shifts will be on rotation with some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What our client is looking for in a Bar Manager:
I. Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL 
II. Excellent customer service and an ability to work as part of a team  - ESSENTIAL

III. Happy to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and late evenings
