The Role – Sales Manager

  • Developing and implementing international sales strategies across designated export territories
  • Managing and expanding existing overseas dealer and distribution networks
  • Identifying and appointing new distribution partners to support business growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key export customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiating commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contractual terms
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new market opportunities
  • Working closely with production, logistics, finance, and technical departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Representing the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Ensuring compliance with export regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade standards

  • Proven experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Export Management within a manufacturing or OEM environment – ESSENTIAL
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing dealer and distributor networks – ESSENTIAL
  • Experience negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms – ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to manage and develop senior-level customer relationships – ESSENTIAL
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required – ESSENTIAL
