Recruit4staff are representing a leading packaging manufacturing business in their search for a Guillotine Operator to work in Nottingham

Job Details:

Pay: £13.61 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, Days (9-5), flexibility offered on start/finish times
Duration: Temporary (Temporary role, around 4 weeks, however could lead to something longer-term for the right candidate)

Job Role: The Guillotine Operator will be responsible for operating the guillotine machine to achieve planned production volumes while maintaining quality standards and minimising waste. Duties include maintaining pharmaceutical-level housekeeping standards, following GMP and quality procedures, carrying out routine machine maintenance, and reporting additional maintenance requirements. As a Guillotine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Guillotine Operator
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Pharmaceutical Code of Practice
Experience setting up and operating manufacturing machinery or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
PC literacy within a manufacturing environment
Ability to work successfully as a Guillotine Operator within a quality-focused production environment
