For the successful Operations Manager our client is offering:

• £70,000 per annum
• Days 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
• Permanent Position

The role – Operations Manager:

• Senior accountable owner for the relationship with customers
• Collaboration and liaison with other Managers and members of the senior leadership team.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability of allocated projects to ensure delivery of the technical and financial performance whilst having the backing of a supportive team and working closely with the senior leadership.
• Senior representative attending customer meeting cover all project aspects and levels of seniority within the customer organisation.
• Lead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects to time, meeting cost and quality targets and company standards.
• Delivering continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
  

What our client is looking for in a Operations Manager:

• Experience of Operations Management within a manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging - ESSENTIAL
• Have a working knowledge of the procedures and processes undertaken in Manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in financing, budgeting, and managing project budgets with a focus on efficiency and cost control
• Experience in building and expanding a team to meet additional demands.
