Handyman

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well established building services company in their search for a Handyman to work across their multiple sites across Coventry.

For the successful Handyman our client is offering:

• Up to £28,000 (D.O.E)
• Mon - Fri 8am to 4:30pm
• Permanent Position 
• 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
• Company van and tools 
• Paid travel time 

The role - Handyman:

• Mobile building services role working in various offices and leisure centre
• Covering general building repairs (fixing doors, basic plumbing, fire extinguisher checks etc.)
• Completing emergency lighting checks and fire extinguisher checks 
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Client facing role 

What our client is looking for in a Handyman:

• Previous experience in a building services or facilities management role
• C&G/ NVQ or equivalent in a building/ construction trade (Preferred)
• Driver's license (essential)
• Good customer service skills
