Job Details:

Pay: £12.87 – £13.68 per hour (pay review after 12 weeks)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm / Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm / Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am
Duration: Temp to Perm
Benefits: Weekly pay, opportunity for permanent employment, structured shift pattern

Job Role: The Production Operative will be responsible for operating automated extrusion machinery within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The Production Operative will carry out routine checks, inspect finished products, and complete general production duties while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing role
Ability to operate machinery and follow production procedures
Strong attention to detail when inspecting finished products

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

FLT Counterbalance licence
Experience working with plastic extrusion processes
Previous experience working as a Production Operative in a plastics manufacturing environment

Additional Information

The successful Production Operative will work within a rotating shift pattern
Temporary to permanent opportunity based on performance
Immediate starts may be available for suitable Production Operative candidates
