Recruit4staff are representing an established precision engineering business in their search for a CNC Turner to work in Flint

Job Details:

  • Pay: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
  • Hours of Work: Days 07:00 - 16:00, Afternoons 14:00 - 22:00, Nights 19:00 - 05:00
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Free parking, £2,000 joining bonus payable after completion of a 3-month probation period, standard pension, 25 days holiday, and continuing improvement and development opportunities
Job Role: As a CNC Turner, you will set and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components. This CNC Turner role will involve reading and interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining excellent quality standards, and keeping the workplace organised.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to getting the job done

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Haas controls would be beneficial for this CNC Lathe position
  • Additional training can be provided for the right applicant
