Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading landscaping business in their search for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Mold.

• £12.50 per hour DOE
• Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:00pm) Occasional Sat work required
• Temporary to Permanent Position
• Full PPE and uniform
• Annual bonus
• 1 day per week off in the winter season - paid 

• Grass cutting, Shrub bed & hedge maintenance and weed control
• Sports Turf Management to include line marking
• To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site in order to achieve effective results and ensure targets and quality delivery are achieve
• To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site to achieve effective results and ensure deadlines are met
• Completion of internal paperwork, documents, forms as required by the business.

• Prior experience in a similar role, leading or managing a small team - ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
• Must be driven to deliver high quality results first time, every time for our customers
• Have the ability to lead and motivate your team
• Any plant tickets would be beneficial
