Recruit4staff are representing an established waste management and recycling business in their search for a HGV 1 Driver to work in Deeside

Job Details:

Pay: £15.35 per hour
Hours of Work: 40–60 hours over a 5 day week
Duration: Temp To Perm

Job Role: As a HGV 1 Driver, you will be responsible for operating a range of waste and recycling vehicles including artic, skip, hook lift and curtain-sided HGVs to meet business requirements. The HGV 1 Driver will complete planned collection routes, ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste and recyclable materials across the local catchment area. This HGV 1 Driver role requires a strong commitment to road safety, compliance and customer service while representing the business professionally.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience as a HGV 1 Driver
Valid Class 1 HGV Licence
Up-to-date CPC qualification
Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Hook lift experience
Experience working within waste management or recycling operations

Commutable From: Deeside, Wrexham, Chester, Buckley
