Job Role: As a Machine Operator, you will be setting up and operating a variety of machinery, including some CNC equipment, following detailed work instructions. Your duties will involve using hand and power tools, sanding or grinding components to remove splatter, and carrying out quality checks on finished products. Adhering to health & safety, quality assurance, and manual handling procedures is essential for this Machine Operator position.

Job Role: As a Cleanroom Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting production within a cleanroom manufacturing environment, working closely with production, operations and quality teams. The Cleanroom Support Technician will carry out preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, prepare tooling to minimise downtime, assist with equipment validation, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures. You will also assist with prototype manufacture, product improvements and operator SOP training while ensuring accurate maintenance records and detailed technical reports are completed.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role involving machine operation and maintenance.
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Good understanding of engineering principles with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for document management, reporting and data presentation.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in an Engineering or Technical discipline.

Job Role: As a Production Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the production department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
