Machine Operators

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Machine Operative  to work in their leading facility in Deeside .

For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• £11.94  per hour , plus shift allowance on night shift 
• Shift Rotation Monday till Thursday 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
• Temp to Perm position
• On site parking 
• Long weekend ever week.

The role –Machine Operative :

• Run seasoning system which includes managing oil, on-head seasoning, and weight-head systems
• Run extruder system managing the cutters, milling system and dryer system.
• Run our pellet fryer, managing the infeed, oil management & distribution systems.
• Optimize processes through yield improvements, waste reduction & other efficiency gains
• Work as part of an end to end production line, ensuring high quality, cost effective production
• Check product quality to make sure we send the best snacks out to our customers
• Help with product change overs, by cleaning down machinery and changing packaging

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative :

• Minimum 2 years experience of operating machinery- ESSENTIAL
• Previous  experience of working in a food production environment - ESSENTIAL
• Demonstrable amount of experience in a Manufacturing role.
