Job Details:

Pay: £27,830.40 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday till Friday, 6am–2pm
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: Standard pension, 28 days holiday

Job Role: As a Packing Team Leader, you’ll be supporting the Senior Team Leader in executing the production plan efficiently and maintaining consistent output across packing lines. You will report any machine or line issues to relevant personnel, ensure legal labelling and coding requirements are met, and uphold strict hygiene and traceability standards. A hands-on approach is essential, including stepping in on lines when required and guiding your team to follow correct procedures.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Experience as a Packing Team Leader or Line Leader

Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Connahs Quay, Chester
