Warehouse/Dispatch Lead

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Warehouse/Dispatch Lead to work in their leading facility in Deeside.

For the successful Warehouse/Dispatch Lead our client is offering:

• £15.50 per hour
• Day Shift 10am – 6pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am -3pm on Friday
• Temporary  to Permanent position
• Free Car Park

The role – Warehouse/Dispatch Lead :

• Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations
• Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods
• Heavy lifting including moving stock around the warehouse area and to different departments.
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse/Dispatch Lead :

• Experience of working within a busy Warehouse/ Dispatch environment-ESSENTIAL 
• Experience of managing small team  -ESSENTIAL 
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Experience with inventory scanning tools and dispatch software.
• Familiarity with dispatch processes, routing, and delivery schedules.
