Assembly Operative

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for an Assembly Operative to work in Lytham St Annes.

Job Role: Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Assembly Operative will follow daily production targets to assemble pre-fabricated metal products. This includes assembling and packaging cabinets, enclosures and housing units using hand tools, rivet guns, drills and screwdrivers. All work is carried out according to strict operating procedures and specific assembly instructions. The role offers a structured 4-day working week.

Job Details:

• Pay: £12.21 per hour
• Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4.30pm
• Duration: Temp to Perm
• Overtime Rules: x1.5 on occasional Fridays
• Benefits: 4 day working week

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous hand tool experience
• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Good English, reading and writing skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

• DIY skills
