General Operative

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a specialist manufacturing company in their search for a General Operative to work at their facility in Gwynedd

For the successful General Operative our client is offering:

• £12.21 per hour 
• Day shifts (39 hours per week) 
• Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30 & Fri 7:30 to 12:30
• Temporary role
• Free parking on-site 
• Immediate starts 
• Overtime rates x1.33 midweek, x1.5 Saturday & x2 Sunday 
• Early finish on Fridays 

The role - General Operative:

• Responsible for general assembly work
• Helping in various parts of production
• Using power hand tools
• Manual handling
• Moving stock 
• Working as part of a team to ensure all production targets are met.

What our client is looking for in a General Operative:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience working in a workshop - BENEFICIAL
• Must possess excellent communication skills 
• Excellent work ethic 
• High attention to detail
