Machine Operator

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a specialist manufacturing company in their search for a Machine Operator to work at their facility in Gwynedd

For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering:

• £13 per hour (Overtime rates x1.33 midweek, x1.5 Saturday & x2 Sunday)
• Days shifts (39 hours per week) 
• Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30 & Fri 7:30 to 12:30
• Temporary role
• Free parking on-site 
• Potential for some flexibility in start/finish times 
• Immediate starts 
• Early finish on Fridays 
• Potential for a permanent role for the right candidate 

The role - Machine Operator:

• Operating power press machines and other production-related machinery such as drills and sandblasters 
• Ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately 
• Assist in the company heat treatment process
• General housekeeping 
• Adhere to health and safety regulations 

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience operating a power press machine - BENEFICIAL
• Must possess excellent communication skills 
• Excellent work ethic 
• High attention to detail
