Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering business in their search for a Pipefitter to work from their Widnes based workshop.

Job Details:

• Pay: £23.25 per hour (CIS)
• Overtime available at £27.90 / £32.55 depending on project
• Hours of Work: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Temporary (Trial 2 weeks – leading to semi-permanent for the right candidate)
• Benefits: Free parking on-site

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Fabrication and installation of screwed pipework
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping pipework
• Site installation and maintenance experience
• C&G/NVQ in Pipefitting/Fabrication or equivalent
• CCNSG/SCATS or equivalent site safety ticket

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Tacking up pipework
• Welding of pipework

• Overtime – project/job dependant and regular shutdowns
• Free parking on-site

Job Role: The Fabricator Welder role involves TIG welding hygienic pipework in both workshop and site environments. You'll be working from drawings to install, maintain, and repair piping systems, with fabrication and site fitting duties. The position includes welding on stainless steel and carbon steel and testing systems for leaks. Team collaboration on-site will be key to completing projects efficiently.

Job Details:

• Pay: £20 per hour (PAYE) | £26 per hour (Umbrella)
• Hours of Work: 7.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Long-term Temporary

Essential Skills & Experience:

• TIG Welding
• Experience of welding hygienic pipework

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Pipe fabrication experience
• Pipefitting experience
• Site fitting & maintenance experience

Essential Qualifications:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Welding or equivalent
• Driving licence

Desired Qualifications:

• CCNSG Card
• Coded TIG Welder
