What our client is offering for the successful Contract Supervisor - Passive Fire :

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday 0830 – 1700
• Permanent Role

The Role - Contract Supervisor - Passive Fire:

• Project Management; Assist the Contracts Manager and Office team in planning and scheduling passive fire protection projects
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all passive fire protection installations comply with relevant UK fire safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Supervise and manage subcontractors involved in passive fire protection projects
• Health and Safety; Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment
• Material and Resource Management; Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for passive fire protection projects
• Reporting and Documentation; Prepare regular progress reports for the Contracts Manager and project stakeholders

What we are looking for in an Contract Supervisor - Passive Fire:

1. Qualification: NVQ Level 2: Fire Protection / Passive Fire Protection
2. 2 years experience in a supervisory role or coordinator for fire protection works 
3. Must be FIRAS, IFC or equivalent assessed - ESSENTIAL 
4. Proven experience in managing passive fire protection projects preferably in the construction industry
