What our client is offering for the successful Estimator :

• Up to £35,000 p/annum
• Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
• Permanent Position

The Role - Estimator :

• Conduct thorough evaluations of project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to understand the scope and requirements for passive fire protection
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services required for passive fire protection projects
• Collaborate with the bidding team to develop competitive and compelling bid proposal
• Analyse and review project costs
• Stay up-to-date with local and national building codes and fire protection regulations

What we are looking for in a Estimator :

• Proven experience as an estimator in the passive fire protection sector or a related construction field - ESSENTIAL
• Graduates will be considered with some exposure within the construction industry within estimating and costing - DESIRABLE
