Quantity Surveyor

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established National Demolition Services Company, in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to work from their Leeds Office.

What our client is offering for the successful Quantity Surveyor :

• Up to £60,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700
• Permanent Role

The Role - Quantity Surveyor:

• Previous experience in administering the quantity surveying function on remediation projects
• Ensuring all Commercial Activities are performed in an ethical manner while maintaining a competitive position
• Action contract change management and subcontractor procurement
• Knowledge of the standard construction contracts including JCT, NEC3 and NEC4
• Visit projects as and when required

What we are looking for in a Quantity Surveyor:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar industry-recognised qualification - ESSENTIAL
• 3 years plus, post-graduate experience - ESSENTIAL
• Experience in civil engineering, groundworks, or land remediation - DESIREABLE
• Full UK Driver License - ESSENTIAL
