Cleanroom Production Operative

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative (Cleanroom) to work in Liverpool.

Job Details:

• Pay: Competitive Basic Salary + Shift Premium
• Hours of Work: Day Shift – 35.25 hours per week.
  • Week One: Thursday - Saturday (06:05-17:50) – 11.75 hours per day.
  • Week Two: Monday - Wednesday (06:05-17:50) – 11.75 hours per day.
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Production Operative (Cleanroom), you will manufacture single-use plastic products in a regulated cleanroom environment. The Production Operative (Cleanroom) will assemble products using a range of machinery while following strict quality procedures, standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). You will also carry out quality inspections, perform basic machine maintenance, maintain cleanroom cleanliness and ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous production, assembly or machine operative experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Technical skills to set and operate machinery.
• Ability to use tools and assemble products from written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards for a Production Operative (Cleanroom).

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom or controlled environment experience.
• Experience working within a highly regulated manufacturing sector such as pharmaceutical, food or medical devices.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Previous experience as a Production Operative (Cleanroom) is advantageous.
