Job Details:

  • Pay: £40,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30 pm
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Multi Skilled Static Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a modern commercial office block in Manchester city centre. The role involves conducting planned maintenance, addressing real-time fault queries, and ensuring operational efficiency across a range of systems. Key responsibilities include the service and repair of Air Handling Units, emergency lighting, plumbing issues, minor electrical works, HVAC systems, fire alarms, and conducting regular elevator checks.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial plant maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with AHUs and water monitoring
  • Relevant trade qualification in either Electrical or Plumbing

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • 18th Edition Electrical qualification
