Recruit4staff are representing a well-established structural steel manufacturing business in their search for a Paint Sprayer to work in Llandrindod Wells

Job Details:

  • Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum DOE
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7am till 4:30pm, Friday 7am till 4pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Standard pension, 33 days holiday, voluntary health scheme
Job Role: The Paint Sprayer will be responsible for preparing and coating structural steel components within a busy fabrication environment. The Paint Sprayer will prep steel surfaces, apply primers and industrial coatings, and ensure all spraying work is completed to a high standard while following technical specifications. The Paint Sprayer will also maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure spray equipment is kept in good working order.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Paint Sprayer within structural steel or industrial spraying environments
  • Ability to read and follow technical data sheets
  • Strong attention to detail when applying coatings and primers

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Experience using overhead cranes
  • Previous experience working as a Paint Sprayer within a steel fabrication environment
