Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company, in their search for an Maintenance Electrician to work across the North West & Greater Manchester area.

For the successful Maintenance Electrician, our client is offering:
  • £37,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
  • 40 Hours per week (Day shifts) Overtime available 
  • Permanent Position
  • Company vehicle and mobile phone/tablet
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Door to Door pay
  • Attendance bonus
The role – Maintenance Electrician:
  • Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract.
  • Completing planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
  • Completing the appropriate paperwork and reports.
  • Working on singe phase and 3-phase systems, HVAC and plant room equipment.
  • Completing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown.
  • Supervising on-site sub-contractors.
What our client is looking for in an Maintenance Electrician:
  • Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
  • Previous experience in FM or building management services
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
  • Drivers License - Essential
  • Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Essential
