Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well established manufacturing company in their search for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to work in their leading facility in West Bromwich.

For the successful Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor our client is offering:

• £40,000 - £45,000 D.O.E
• Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM
• Permanent role
• Free parking
• Ongoing training

The Role - Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervision of mechanical maintenance team.
• Offer guidance and assist in training of team members where required.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Mechanical Installation and modification work
• Carry out statutory inspections - pressure testing, plant integrity and commissioning.
• Use of computerised maintenance management system

What our client is looking for in a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• NVQ level 3 in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline as a minimum - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Recognised Mechanical apprenticeship - PREFERRED
