Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading food production company in their search for a Production Supervisor to work in their leading facility in Smethwick.

For the successful Production Supervisor our client is offering:

Competitive salary paying up to £34,000 Depending on experience
Days based position Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays, 44 hours per week
Permanent position with an ever growing business

The Role - Production Supervisor:

Responsible for your assigned area, staff and equipment within a very busy food production environment
Overseeing up to 60 Production Operatives & 4 Team Leaders
Taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost
Aiming to achieve daily production targets
Developing a culture of continuous improvement for quality & service
Monitoring & controlling Production lines
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and house keeping
Driving and achieving daily production plans

What our client is looking for in a Production Supervisor:

Proven Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a Food Production environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Ability to solve any issues that may arise
