Field Sales Executive

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established waste management business in their search for a Field Sales Executive to work in Sheffield

Job Details:

• Pay: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, monthly and quarterly bonus schemes
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (Days)
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Company car, phone, laptop, travel expenses, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)

Job Role: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling commercial waste services to businesses across your designated territory. You will build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, manage a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets. The successful Field Sales Executive will enjoy a varied field-based role with excellent earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Sales experience within a customer-facing environment
• Energetic, charismatic, and confident approach
• Driven, motivated, and self-starting attitude
• Tenacious and thorough working style
• Full UK Driving Licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Knowledge of the waste management or environmental services sector
• Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales would be advantageous
