Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Assistant to work at their facility in Oswestry. 

For the successful Customer Service Assistant client is offering:
  • £24,000 to £28,000 per annum 
  • 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Monday – Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturday morning (9am – 12 noon)
  • Permanent role 
  • Training and development opportunities 
The role – Customer Service Assistant:
  • Handling incoming calls ensuring KPIs are met 
  • Entering customer orders and delivery data onto the computer system 
  • Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively
  • Dealing with any queries that may arise 
  • Accurate data entry 
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Assistant:
  • Must possess an excellent telephone manner - ESSENTIAL 
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
