Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading wholesale Nursery in their search for Farm Workers to work at their leading agricultural facility near Whitchurch. 

For successful Farm Workers, our client is offering;
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays 8:00 AM- 3:30 PM 
  • Temp-Perm 
  • Immediate start
  • Free parking
The Role of the Farm Workers;
  • Planting out in the field.
  • Grading and packing.       
  • Processing products ready for distribution. 
  • Lifting out in the field
What our client is looking for in a Farm Workers:
  • Previous experience in similar role- DESIRABLE 
  • Physically fit
  • Motivated.
  • A team player
  • Comfortable with getting dirty and working outdoors 
  • The ability to work well with your hands and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
  • Must have relevant PPE - ESSENTIAL
  • A valid driving licence and transport is essential due to location
