PDI Technician

Recruit4Staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a PDI Technician to work in their leading facility in Shropshire.

For the successful PDI Technician, our client is offering:

• £30,000 P/A 
• Monday to Friday - 8 am-5:15 pm with a 1 pm finish on Friday
• Permanent position

The Role - PDI Technician:

• Complete all service, repair, warranty and pre-delivery inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high quality standard
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with parts specialists to maintain proper inventory of parts, paints, and materials.
• Coordinating with the Management team to make sure all tools and equipment are maintained.
• Complete all job-related paperwork

What our client is looking for in a PDI Technician

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications or proven track record in these areas - Essential
• Experience in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical operations - Desirable 
• Strong problem solver
• Self-starter, enthusiastic and driven
• Basic IT skills
