Production Operative

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for Production Operative to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering;

• £12.71 to £13.52 per hour depending on shift
• Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm OR Monday to Thursday 2pm - 11pm and finishing at 5:30pm on Fridays OR Monday- Friday Sunday to Thursday Nights - 10pm - 6am
• Temp- Perm

The role - Production Operative;

• Packing 
• Assembling
• Following health & safety regulations
• Machine operation 
• Keeping a clean and tidy work area
• Working in a stand alone role 
• Meeting daily production targets

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative;

• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Happy to work a repetitive role within a small team environment - ESSENTIAL
• Passion to progress into a higher role in future
• Be in a good standard of health to be able to work in an upright, repetitive position for the shift duration - ESSENTIAL 
• Ability to demonstrate agility with hands to assemble small fastening systems - ESSENTIAL
• Keen eye for detail- ESSENTIAL 
• Due to site location, own transport is essential

• Previous assembly experience - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience with hand/power tools - ESSENTIAL
