Production Operatives

• Factory tour (Thursdays) followed by a brief chat with a Production Manager 
• Due to a long-term secure order book, permanent opportunities are available 
• Regular Overtime opportunities, paid at PREMIUM rates, which INCREASE after 12 weeks
• Previous automotive manufacturing experience is not required as full training and support provided
• Roles are available within assembly/moulding/machine operation and finishing
• Refer a Friend Scheme
• Weekly pay 

• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Some roles require heavy lifting and manual handling
• Assembly, Machining, quality inspection
• Working in a very busy target-driven environment

What we are looking for in a Production Operator:

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions 
• We are looking for staff with previous experience in production/manufacturing/warehousing or any other fast-paced environments.
• You MUST be able to get to BRIDGNORTH - your own car is preferred
• Some of the roles may involve heavy lifting - Manual handling training will be provided
