QA Assistant

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a QA Assistant to work in their leading facility in Shawbury.

For the successful QA Assistant our client is offering:

• £12.50 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
• Days – Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
• Permanent role within a rapidly expanding business

The Role - QA Assistant:

• Checking the quality of products, checking barcodes, labels and seals 
• Hands-on quality based role within a busy Production area
• Shadowing the Technical/Quality Manager
• Reporting any issues that arise
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Adhering to food hygiene standards

What our client is looking for in a QA Assistant:

• Quality background within a food environment - ESSENTIAL
• Must be IT Literate
• Familiar with food hygiene standards/procedures
• Own transport is ESSENTIAL due to the location
• Able to read numbers due to checking barcodes and dates on products- ESSENTIAL
