Assembly Line Leader

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for a Assembly Line Leader to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Assembly Line Leader our client is offering:

• Up to £28,060.50 per annum
• Rotating mornings and afternoons - Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
• Annual bonus depending on company performance up to 8.33% 
• Permanent position with an ever growing business
• Statutory pension scheme

The Role - Assembly Line Leader:

• This is a hands on Assembly Line Leader role, where you will be physically working on the line
• Overseeing of staff on the Assembly line
• Ensuring products are assembled to correct specification
• Ensuring KPI's are being met
• Relaying objectives to staff on the line
• Ensuring Quality is being met at all times

What our client is looking for in a Assembly Line Leader:

• Proven Assembly experience on a fast paced Assembly line
• Leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
