Whilst on your probation period the successful Assembly Operative are offered;

Starting rate of £12.21- £13.00 per hour - Depending on experience
Overtime is paid at time and a third
8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
Temp-perm
Free parking

Once you are full time with the company the Assembly Operative would receive;

Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
28 days holiday
Annual Christmas shutdown paid in full

The role – Assembly Operative;

Manufacturing windows and doors
Wiring up electrical components
Daily use of hand and power tools
Working to specifications
Checking the quality of the product before Assembly
Completing paperwork
Working in a small team environment
Manual handling

What our client is looking for in an Assembly Operative;

At least two years of electrical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
Someone who is mechanically minded
Previous experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL

Assembling a variety of components to vehicles
Fitting shelving / wiring/ racking / towbars / lighting etc
Working from drawings
Ensuring all products are being installed to correct standards

What our client is looking for in a Fitter:

Full Clean UK Driving License - ADVANTAGEOUS
Previous experience within auto electrics, vehicle mechanics or similar - ESSENTIAL
Own hand tools- PREFFERED
Carpentry knowledge- ESSENTIAL
