Assembly Operative

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for a Assembly Operative to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Assembly Operative our client is offering:

• Up to £28,060.50 per annum
• Rotating mornings and afternoons - Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
• Annual bonus depending on company performance up to 8.33% 
• Permanent position with an ever growing business
• Statutory pension scheme

The Role - Assembly Operative:

• Working on a fast paced assembly line
• Assembling products
• Ensuring products are assembled to correct specification
• Ensuring KPI's are being met
• Ensuring Quality is being met at all times

What our client is looking for in a Assembly Operative:

• Proven Assembly experience on a fast paced Assembly line - ESSENTIAL
• Experience of using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
• Able to work with small components requiring a high level of dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
