For the successful Electrical Fitter our client is offering:

Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 - Depending on experience
Working Days 7:45am-5pm Monday to Thursday with a 12:45pm finish on Fridays
Permanent position

The Role - Electrical Fitter:

Constructing Electrical Systems/Equipment from detailed drawings
Fault finding and diagnostics of electrical equipment
Installation of a variety of equipment at customers on a worldwide basis - This will typically be around 5/6 times a year (Roughly 1-2 weeks away)
Working within team situations to complete projects in a timely manner
Use of hand and power tools
Providing guidance to junior members of the team

What our client is looking for in a Electrical Fitter:

City & Guilds Electrical Qualification, or similar - ESSENTIAL
You will possess previous experience of working within an electrical environment
Ability to travel Worldwide to customer sites
Full UK Driving Licence & Passport - ESSENTIAL
Knowledge of fault finding / diagnostics & Installation

The Role - Electrical Supervisor:

Responsible for leading & motivating a team of Electrical Fitters
Allocating workload out to staff
Reporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basis
Carrying out meetings with the team on a daily basis
Liaising with other areas of the Business (IE Purchasing) ensuring sufficient materials are available for builds
Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
Ensuring test & inspection is completed/recorded
Continuous improvement
Mentoring staff
Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessary
Travelling to customers worldwide to oversee staff installing the companies products - Occasionally (Typically can be up to 2-3 times a year for around 2 weeks at a time)
Being hands on and involved in the building/installation of Projects
Using hand & power tools

What our client is looking for in a Electrical Supervisor:

Our client is looking for somebody who possesses Electrical experience in a Supervisory capacity
Our client is looking for candidates who are suitably qualified, Electrically
Able to demonstrate experience in a hands on Electrical based position
This role does involve being HANDS ON so you will be involved in the builds with the team
Strong communication skills
Able to lead & Motivate a team
Able to work away and oversee projects - ESSENTIAL

For the successful Panel Wirer our client is offering;

Pay rate of up to £14.50 per hour depending on experience
Overtime available, overtime premiums paid at T1/3 in the week and T1/2 Saturdays
Days Monday-Thursday, early finish Friday (07:30am - 16:45 Mon - Thurs, 07:30am - 12pm Fri)
Temporary to Permanent role

The Role of the Panel Wirer will include:

Building and Wiring of Control Panels
Wiring a variety of large circuit and switchboards
Panel Building - Drilling, tapping backplates and inserting trunking
Crimping, soldering, terminating and stripping down wires
Reading from schematic diagrams
Fitting components with suitable fixtures

What our client is looking for in a Panel Wirer:

Have experience in Electrical Assembly / Wiring / Panel Wiring - ESSENTIAL
You must be able to work from and understand Schematic drawings
